Who is responsible
AGARTHA GLOBAL SOURCING SRL is the controller for personal data received through its business inquiries. Contact office@agartha-solutions.com for privacy questions or rights requests. Company identifiers are available on our company information page.
Information we receive
When you contact us, we receive the business contact details and inquiry information you provide, such as name, role, employer, email, telephone, product requirements, offers and correspondence. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information.
The contact form prepares a draft in your email application. It does not submit your inquiry to an AGS website database. AGS receives the message only when you send it. The hosting platform may process IP addresses, browser information and access or security logs to operate and protect the website.
Purposes and legal bases
We use business contact information to answer inquiries, evaluate sourcing options, communicate with counterparties and manage commercial relationships. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling relevant B2B inquiries and relationships, or steps requested before a contract where you are personally a contracting party. Legal obligations apply to required accounting and transaction records. Consent applies where required for optional marketing or tracking.
CRM and matching
Commercial messages may be organized in AGS CRM, with product details extracted and compared against requirements and offers to identify potential opportunities. Relevant team members review the fit and open questions. The website animation uses illustrative data and does not access your mailbox. We do not use this website to make decisions about individuals that have legal or similarly significant effects through automated processing alone.
Sharing and service providers
Relevant information may be shared with authorized AGS team members, potential transaction counterparties where needed for your inquiry, and providers supporting email, hosting and business systems. Professional advisers or authorities may receive information where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.
International processing
International sourcing may involve counterparties or providers outside the EEA. Where personal data transfers require safeguards, applicable adequacy decisions or appropriate contractual safeguards must be used. Contact us for details of the safeguards relevant to your inquiry.
Retention
Inquiry data is kept for the period needed to manage the inquiry and associated business relationship. Transaction records are kept for applicable statutory retention periods. Records needed for legal claims may be retained for the relevant limitation period. You can ask us about retention for your particular records.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with Romania’s supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, or your competent local authority.
Security and external services
Access to business information should be limited to authorized people who need it. No online service can guarantee absolute security. External websites and your email application have their own privacy practices. See our cookie policy for browser storage information.
